NO, you aren’t reading the title wrong. While all these looks more of Windows Phone feature, they are actually coming to Xbox One, and this has been confirmed by none other than Phil Spencer, the head of Microsoft’s Xbox division and Microsoft Studios.

He confirmed this during a conversation with TiC Podcast. These features will be rolled out in coming updates, no time frame has been mentioned though. He said:

“You will see , I’ll announce it here, I was told themes and background pics are something that we are working on, and screen shots!”

Screenshots part is a real deal for many. Though Xbox One lets your record your game plays, screenshots are way better when it comes to editors like us, who need to get some content done. I am really glad, that this is being rolled out.

That said, here kicks in another deal, its an idea though. May be Xbox One will get synchronization feature which allows one to have the same theme, and even IE integration across all their devices. So, when you change your theme on your phone, not only it reflects on Windows 8 PC, it also gets on your XBox One.

Overall, it is a brilliant news, and every other Xbox user will appreciate it as they cam make it more personal.
