Xbox One Priced Dropped in India with Announcement of Xbox One 1 TB version

Xbox One 1 TB version was announced yesterday, and today Microsoft India has officially dropped the price in India of standalone 500 GB consoles to Rs 34,990 which brings it close to PS4 pricing which is right now selling between 36K to 38K in various retails and online sites. Microsoft is going to announce few more exclusive games for Xbox One next week in E3 2015 at Los Angeles including Halo 5: Guardians, Rise of the Tomb Raider, and Forza Motorsport 6.

That said, Microsoft has official dropped the price internationally to $349 and is now planning to push the sales of Xbox One 1 TB version with their exclusive games. We expect the sales of 1 TB to come to India in few months.

While Microsoft Xbox Team has consistently rolled out software updates, new features and improvements over the year which is positive, but the Market share still needs to improve.  Upcoming months will be interesting.
