You: Xbox One Record That; Xbone: Sure, Mind your Language Though
Yup, the most liked feature of Xbox One has a policy control on it and if you thought it would be liberal or haven’t really known about it till now, then time for a wake up call. Xbox One Record that feature lets upload videos from your Xbox Game with voice overs or Kinect Sessions over Skype to Upload Studio or SkyDrive.
So what happens when you have talked too much of crap with all wrong words in the video ? It doesn’t create a good impression of you or the service which every one uses to watch it i.e. Upload Studio and ultimately Twitch. This is one reason you cannot have profanity sprinkled videos on YouTube or any video services. It’s called as code of conduct and there is a measure to it….if you cross the limit, time to get flagged.

In a heated discussion about this on Reddit Xbox One forum, one of the gamers, MakVolci, complained that he wasn’t able to upload videos or make some Skype calls because of some odd looking error message which talked about “Past behavior”.
Microsoft responded back saying :
To be clear, the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement team does not monitor direct peer-to-peer communications like Skype chats and calls,” the representative wrote. “Also, we take Code of Conduct moderation via Upload Studio very seriously. We want a clean, safe and fun environment for all users. Excessive profanity as well as other Code of Conduct violations will be enforced upon and result in suspension of some or all privileges on Xbox Live. We remain committed to preserving and promoting a safe, secure and enjoyable experience for all of our Xbox Live members
Honestly no surprises there. If you have a service which is accessible to mass and can be seen by anybody, you cannot cross your limits.
The guy who complained has got back some of his services except for the upload studio; where ban is for 24 hours it seems. So yeah watch out and make sure if you are planning to put anything on public its presentable and not juiced up with all the wrong words.
