Xbox One vs PS4 : Which One will You Buy?
After Xbox One and PS4 got announced, and if you watched the media briefing yesterday, it isn’t apparent for gamers on either of the platforms to find if they want to switch. The confusion is more on the part of Xbox gamers because of the Game Licensing issue, which had gone a bit complex and reflected the feeling that you didn’t own the game even when you paid for it. While Sony is clear on this perspective and said there is no restriction for game sharing on that part, Microsoft has not uttered a single word about it.

That said, PS4 definitely has more power than Xbox one thanks to the DDR 5 RAM, which they are using, which will be very beneficial in the long-term because console lifetime is pretty long compared to anything in the electronic market.
What Microsoft did right:
Exclusive Contents: Microsoft did one thing very right even though they had shot themselves in the foot on the game licensing — Loads of exclusive games. If you take on the list of exclusive games to Xbox One, both the quality and quantity are amazing.
Ryse: Son of Rome, Sunset Overdrive, Quantum Break, Forza Motorsport 5, Halo Xbox One Editon, Battlefield 4, The Witcher 3, Wild Hunt, Titanfall, etc. are some of the games coming to Xbox One. While Sony PS 4 is getting Killzone Shadow Fall, Infamous Second Son, Knack, The Order, Dark Sorcerer, and other indie titles.
Xbox 360 Support: Microsoft made sure that Xbox 360 users don’t feel betrayed.
- They announced 2 games every one month for Xbox Gold Members till Xbox One is released.
- Some of the new titles released for Xbox One are also coming to Xbox 360.
- Xbox Live changes will help cut down the cost of how much you spend on Gold Membership.
Similar Features between Xbox One and PS4
Even when you compare the features of Xbox One and PS4, they are almost the same. Both of them include:
- Sleep Mode
- Background processing and downloading games, including playing games as they download.
- Your Gamavatar plays even when you are offline.
- Real-time game broadcasting. Game Uploads.
- Cloud-Powered
Multiplayer Scenario:
PSN is going to charge you for playing Multiplayer games. This was free before. Though the pricing will be less compared to Xbox Live, PS users aren’t used to it.
Xbox One Controller vs. the PS4 Controller:
The newly designed controller, according to both teams, offers better control and reflexes. We will get to see when we use them, but there are few visible features of PS4, which I find interesting.
